Community Guidelines & Acceptable Use
Keep the SistematikoPH community useful, lawful, and safe. These rules apply to accounts, posts, replies, messages, forms, and attempts to access the website.
Be respectful and relevant
Discuss technology and organizational problems constructively. Do not harass, threaten, shame, discriminate against, stalk, impersonate, or deliberately deceive others. Do not spam, manipulate engagement, or repeatedly post off-topic promotions.
Protect privacy and confidentiality
Do not publish another person’s personal data without a lawful basis and appropriate permission. Never post passwords, private keys, government identifiers, financial details, health records, student records, confidential client materials, security logs, or non-public system credentials. Obtain authorization before sharing screenshots or records involving others.
Lawful content only
Do not submit content that is illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, obscene, exploitative, infringing, or that facilitates cybercrime. Do not upload malware, phishing material, pirated software, stolen data, or instructions intended to compromise systems. Respect copyright, trademarks, licenses, confidentiality obligations, and other rights.
Security testing
Do not scan, probe, exploit, disrupt, overload, scrape abusively, bypass access controls, or access data without written authorization. Good-faith vulnerability reports must follow our Security and Responsible Disclosure Policy.
Moderation
We may label, hide, remove, preserve, or report content and may warn, suspend, or terminate accounts based on severity, context, repeated behavior, legal obligations, and risk. Users may report concerns to admin@sistematiko.tech.
Enforcement and law
These guidelines supplement the Terms of Use. Conduct may also be subject to the Data Privacy Act of 2012, Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012, Electronic Commerce Act of 2000, Intellectual Property Code, and other Philippine laws.
